INITIAL EVALUATION
(90 to 120 min): $1700
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT
(40 to 55 MIN): $850
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT
(20 to 25 MIN): $550
Dr. Willson accepts all major credit cards, health savings account cards, checks, and cash. On select occasions, Dr. Willson can offer a small sliding scale.
Payment is required in full at the time of service.
Dr. Willison is not a participating member of any insurance panel. A comprehensive invoice (i.e., a “super bill”) will be provided, if requested, that you can submit to your insurance carrier. Many insurance carriers provide some level of reimbursement.

- WED: 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
- THU: 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
- FRI: 12:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
- SAT: 12:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
